Your skin looks kinda rough, it should be your main priority, having healthy, youthful, glowing, perfectly smooth skin is a must if you want to be a pretty boy. Also style your hair and eyebrows. A few small fillers could also correct some of your minor flaws - under the eyes to fix your dark circles and in the upper lip to make it more proportionate with the lower.
