im not noticing nothing bad to stop doing it, but normies online say u shouldnt. my derma said that I could use when I was on 20mg, but while 40mg I should start stop using it

Using both can be risky due to heightened skin sensitivity, which can lead to severe dryness, irritation, and barrier damage over time.

This is pretty much the dumbest thing I've read today. It's like taking oral fin and also smear on some topical fin an the same time. It does nothing. In case of tret and glycolic acid it also fucks up your skin barrier. Just stick with accutane, it's the strongest retinoid and provides insanely fast cell turnover, AHA and tret is beyond useless and coud damage your skin for good.

? its the same than saying 40mg accutane and 60mg would do no difference. saying it does nothing is retarded

No, its not the same you brainlet. 20mg accutane is 100 times more potent than topical tretinoin (especially 0.025), if you already are on a high dose of accutane the additional tretinoin does literally nothing but irritate your skin. If you are on 5mg accutane then MAYBE topical tret could have some effects but beyond that it's retarded. And Glycolic acid is the pinnacle of uselessness. You can't just try to perma exfoliate your skin with 3 different agents man, there's only so much benefit to gain.

Im doing a comparison, lol. Obviously 20mg accutane doesnt compare to tret, but its obviously too that tret would give results, but small and not worth probably

You can't compare smth and then later say "well obviously it doesn't compare:feelshah:" And yeah, that's the essence: the difference between using no retinoid and a retinoid is huge but the difference between using accutane and accutane with a topical retinoid is mini and the negatives outweigh the positives.

yes, i used both for 8 months before having issues (60mg accutane btw)
