Can i use clindamycin/ tretinoin with accutane?

I have a 0.025% tretinoin mixed with 0.1% clindamycin topical treatment however was thinking if i can pair it with 10mg of isotretinoin. Im looking to clear post inflammatory erythema and a little bit of texture. Main acne has gone away from the topical treatment.

you literally do NOT need any sort of trentinol or non over the counter products if you are on accutane. accutane will be more effective than any of the topical stuff you are applying, stacking them doesn't make it better, as a matter of fact it will make your skin peel and cause scars.
you should focus on moisturising your face.

Should i use the accutane or the tret, been seeing really good results with the tret however want something that is faster

Im not on accutane yet, ive been prescribed tret for like 3 weeks and its been working good. I want the fastest thing that clears up my concerns. Do you think i dont need spf aswell if i hop on accutane just moisturizer?

SPF is alwyas good to apply, you should apply it. you can use both but not at once (tret and accutane)

is this a good routine? Morning: gel cleanser, centella asiatica serum, moisturizer spf
Night: micellar water, tret/ clinda, barrier repairing moisturizer.

Thats my current routine, if i hopped on accurane do i just cycle between tret and accutane?
