Can I use DHT topical cream for penis while I'm on Finasteride?

I heard that rubbing dht cream on your penis can give you some girth, I want to try but at the same time I'm worried because I think propecia can minimize the effect of dht cream.

you can't take DHT systemically.

if you take it transdermally it will go systemic no matter what.
