100 mcl might be too low
500 mcl causes massive edema (which is a huge looksmin)
250 mcl seems ok but still causes edema (in around 2 weeks)

You need to do 0 salt and low carb then the bloat is minimal especially paired with moving a lot during the day or any sport 3 times a week
