I’m 15 a while from 16 and have an undesirable bf% and a very small gut which bugs the hell out of me can I go on a 2 day fast? And how should I prepare I understand I won’t lose much but this could be something I do every once in a while to keep my bf% down and also would it even be noticeable? (I also have a broken arm if that matters)

just do a calorie deficit bro. this shit is only going to make you eat a lot once

just eat like 1500 cal a day and goto thje gym it wont lower ur testosterone that much

no? it depends on height and weight but usually if hes like average height 2000 is like his matenince therefor he should cut like 500 cal so he loses 1lb per week and gym will keep his muscle up and his testosterone up

Don’t bro, get the most out of your puberty, give your body all the nutrients to grow so you don’t cuck yourself later. A water fast is the most extreme way to lose body fat which isn’t necessary right now at least. Mew, hit the gym and shoot your shot with every girl you find attractive (build up your comfortability yfm?)

??? based on what literature gym actually boost testosterone and hgh production ofc sprinting is the best way to really boost hgh but gym is second best.

plus even if it did stunt growth a bit thats nothing compared to being fat which litteraly produces estrogen and stunts growth heavy
 
Don't u retard ur a kid, no one cares how u look, ur gonna stunt ur growth like I did when I fasted like crazy and barely ate to lean out, trust me just eat whatever u want including fast food to grow to ur max and go gym consistently and play a lot of sports, you can fast all u want after 20-21, ur crush won't marry u, everyone will leave and u will remain in the real world

I assumed u were fat but if ur at healthy weight then DO NOT go on a calorie deficit u should prioritize ur growth first so eat as much as you can nutritious foods and work out as much that will be the best

yeah just eat alot and run alot and just work out alot in general but eating is most important. try to eat alot of testosterone boosting foods like eggs and anti oxidants and get alot of sleep but mainly sports and food
