Ive considered Bimax surgery in the past, my lower jaw is slightly recessed and i have low facial convexity. but im really worried of bimax recovery.

Could custom Jaw Implants offer similar Results ?

I've seen some paranasal + chin combo that tried to emulate it, looked pretty off tho.

Implants are for width, bimax is for length.

I spoke with my surgeon for cosmetic reasons, but he looked at my xray and said I would have great functional benefits too.

Get bimax if bimax is what you require.

Depends on the case. If you are recessed in the mouth area, it might make the situation look worse. If you have good lip support then yes implants might do 75% of the job.
