I have 5mm overbite and 6mm overjet

thats cutting it close. go to an orthodontist to know for sure.
 
well they cant pull ur bone forward, so if ur maxilla is recessed, they will just make ur mandible recessed too

but wouldn't tht make it easier for bimax? and bimax needs braces or something first anyway
