i have dogshit under eye support that gets worse when squinting can saddled infras fix this or will i need something more invasive like high cut LF1

it’s likely due to a combination of midface deficiency, lack of infraorbital support, and possibly weak orbital retaining ligaments

Can Saddled Infraorbital Implants Fix This?

Yes, they can help by adding volume and structural support to the infraorbital rim
___

If your entire midface is recessed and you want a stronger, more defined structure, consider LF1.

yes and high cut lf1 would not help your lack of support

if your issue is mainly soft tissue-related (hollowness, thin skin, dark circles), fat grafting might be enough.

If your under-eye area lacks bone support, saddled infras will be the better choice.

Fat grafting can help with under-eye hollowness and mild support issues, but it won’t provide structural bone support like saddled infraorbital implants.
