To an extent does lefort 1 help with nose or do u need rhino on top of it

Lefort 1 only moves the bone beneath the philtrum doesnt it? It doesnt seem like that would help much with nose

I’d presume it only brings the base of the nose forward with it, it’s not gonna change whether you need rhino or not

Yes, it would make your nose look better. People here downplay lefort 1 a lot and jump straight into lefort 2 or 3 like a bunch of children.
LeFort 1 can improve your facial aesthetics a lot if you have a recessed maxilla. I could show you many more results if I wanted to, but I think this picture answers your question really well.

Some people want rhinoplasty, but their underlying issue is their maxilla. But obviously there are people with great maxillas and bad noses, in that case a rhino would be beneficial. The girl on this picture also got a rhinoplasty later on (this picture displays only pure maxillary advancement, no rhino).
