No, it cannot. Nothing can. You can shorten your philtrum with a lip lift for the illusion of a smaller midface.

In some few cases it make it appear shorter though.

Impaction I guess, but he needs to have a gummy smile for the surgeon to trim the excess bone.

Not only in impaction cases.
But also biretrusion cases where the lips gain more support after Bimax.

Did you take a photo at a proper focal length? Selfies are not a good choice.

Approximately 2 meters from camera, so i dont think my ratios are distorted here.
Actually i get 0.92 on most photos, but i am not sure if this head tilt is correct for measurements (ive heard that frankfurt plane is the correct method of head positioning?)
So idk if my midface looks too long
I am not sure about 3 things
1) is it enough place for a lip lifting? (Maybe someone can make a morph?)
2) is it affected by my ESR?
3) is it possible to become low HTN at least high MTN with this midface ratio?
