Instead of doing the big lefort 3 cut, why cant we just add the cheekbone part to the lefort 2?

I don't care if it has been performed in the past, the problem is finding a current, active, reliable, experienced surgeon that will do it an not botch you.

Giant created a narrow lf2 to avoid the infraorbital. I wonder why he does it that way. Maybe infra implants will be good enough.

But I like true depth on the orbital. I think its better
