Can lefort 2 shorten the midface

I want to get lf2 alongside jaw, other facial implants and lip lift to fix my short ramus/bad gonial angle (because high the gonial angle the longer your midface/philtrum) but idk if it shortens the midface

Lefort 1 using an Upsliding Technique is better

Impaction? And yes i will be getting ccw bimax, but i was just wondering if lf2 alone would shroten the midface, ill get bimax either way tho

All of the mewing videos just say that i should put my tounge on the part of my palate in when i say the letters “N” and “L” and then suction it from the back, but then i i cant even breathe

No one will give u lefort 2, just get impaction bimax and add implants. You wont get drastic changes, but it will probably shorten it by 2mm or so

If you have a gummy smile, which u most likely do if ur trying to shorten the midface, yes. If its just your nose thats too long vertically, then its just over bhai theres no surgery to shorten it

Idk if you can do that but hopefully you can. Also not every surgeon is blackpilled so be careful

If you have a gummy smile, which u most likely do if ur trying to shorten the midface, yes. If its just your nose thats too long vertically, then its just over bhai theres no surgery to shorten it

I have a long philtrum, i might only get ccw with my binax if the lip lift resokves my long midface problem, if i still have ahorse face ill get impaction too

And i dont have a gummy smile, nor a long nose

Because bone moves soft tissue but soft tissue doesnt move bone, which means ypu could have issues if you shorten and after the bimax the soft tissue no longer looks good. Better to play it safe

So depending on the resulst of the bimax, i should get lip lift after bimax because it will fix the bone and the skin problem?
