There are several issues with wearing height insoles and elevator shoes. This method deals (or tries to deal) with some of these.
I have never tried this and this is only in theory (thats why I'm asking yall) and this is only to be done when you know you don't have to take them off so don't ask that retarded question.
First for the shoes you're gonna need ankle boots and wear baggy pants on top of that to hide the back and size of the shoe and make it look proportional and it should look somewhat passable. Some fashionmaxxing, in theory, should hide the glaringly aspie proportions.
Second, wear 3 inch lifts (yes, 3 inch), which compress to 1.5 to 2 inches anyway.
So your shoes add 1.5 inches and your soles add another 1.5 to 2 giving you a whopping 3 to 3.5 inch boost. Subtracting an inch from this since everyone wears shoes roughly giving them 1 inch anyway, you get a decent 2 inch height boost.
Play around with the numbers and maybe add sock lifts if you're that desperate and you may get a total 4 inch height from your setup (3 inches)
Walking in this would need some practice and this would look a little weird. But that's fair tradeoff for 2 inches of height unless it's obvious you're frauding, which is why I'm asking the title question.
This would get someone whose 5'7 (manlet) to 5'9 (slightly below average) and 5'10 (average) to 6'0 (tall).
