Just a question, to what extent could this be possible? Or will it lead to asymmetry? Any examples of it looking good?

some say yes but in my case it was a huge looksmin and I will get rid of it soon with botox injections.

Can it be reversed through atrophy as in minimising muscle usage?

were you like 10/100 bf when u tried?

yeah, id advise you to chew add some width to your lower third and if it isnt perfectly symetrical then run heavy stubble game

Yeah, but how do you know if you have good or bad insertions

it's more like a bone shape thing rather than insertions
it won't wok if you a long midface, long forehead etc.
you need good facial proportions in order to look harmonious
