my height is 201 cm and because of it I constantly bend over because I can't fit through some doors. I have problems with my posture. can this cause the maxilla to fall in ?

Just make sure your posture is good whenever you arent walking through doors and you'll be fine

No I don't think bad posture can affect your maxilla. If you have bad posture it can cause spine problems, or if you develop asymmetric posture this (scoliosis too) can cause asymmetry in your face too but other than this I don't think posture would have large impact.

Best to keep good posture though, so you don't let thyroid area sag and stuff, good for long-term body and face posture.
