Can MK677 reduce natural GH production after stopping?

I'm not sure if it's because I'm deficient in GH or what, but after stopping, I go back to feeling like shit and worsening in cognitive functioning, and mood, and energy.

Also almost zero appetite.

these things have side effects obviously, one of which is muscle pain/tiredness
