Can more dimorphic Asians pull?

Asian males with more forward growth and better features, asians that look partially Hispanic or asians that are Hispanic passing, is it possible for them to succeed in the west?

My Hispanic passing Filipino friend pulled white mtb but I’m wondering if that’s possible on average in the west for asians that have more dimorphism.
