Can MSE or RPE help widen the mandible at 15?

I’m running out of options to make my jaw wider, and I’m wondering if palate expanders can help at all. Does anyone know if MSE or RPE can contribute to any lateral growth in the lower jaw? If not, is there any orthodontic devices that can?

the lower jaw is a lot less modifiabile in orthodontics compared to modifying your upper jaw, you might just need implants, they can tip your lower dental arch outwards with ortho for a wider appearance, nun much else other than that

your lower jaw doesn't really give a fuck about MSE or RPE.

there is no ortho device I've seen that widens the adult mandible it's surgery or accept your frame and face reality
