I don't stretch but I don't put any weight on my neck I just hang it in the air whilst laying down for resistance, I get a bit sore but I do it late at night so I end up sleeping off most of the soreness do you still think I should stretch or I'm fine?Dont mark him as solution and dont spam shit

don't shrugs target traps mainly? Have you actually seen a width difference from shrugs?Neck curls do very little, I use them as an adjunct exercise.
There's more effective ones like neck shrugs.
Neck is one of the hardest muscles to build tho, so be patient.
