Can neck curls itself give me a thicker neck or do I need to do multiple other excesses ?

How many times a week should I do this ? Once every two days?

I think that's fine, maybe a little less if the soreness is bad as the neck is a very fragile part of the body so soreness can't be taken lightly.

Neck curls do very little, I use them as an adjunct exercise.

There's more effective ones like neck shrugs.

Neck is one of the hardest muscles to build tho, so be patient.

I don't stretch but I don't put any weight on my neck I just hang it in the air whilst laying down for resistance, I get a bit sore but I do it late at night so I end up sleeping off most of the soreness do you still think I should stretch or I'm fine?

2-3 times a week

IMHO they do give a thicker base of the neck, but you're right it's more of a trap treatment
