deficit is pretty large rn, would i be able to maintain/make neck gains?

i mean since the neck is not a muscle group that does not receives direct work probably ever in someone's life once you start training it the hypertrophy will be pretty fast and neck is not that hard to grow anyway so it might be able to

the only exercise you really need for neck is neck curls
you can do it with just a plate

i train my neck at home with a light weight
train every 2 days so 3x a week
2 sets to failure of neck curls and 2 sets to failure of reverse neck curls

Well Jeff nippard has a vid on this neck training
Do it at home 2 sets to failure is pretty optimal 3 is overkill
