Jfl I tried cutting and ended up bringing and purging for 2 years from 13 till 14

calorie restriction can decrease testosterone levels, but if your above the RDA for your age then there prolly isn't anything more u can do, I believe its more about getting the correct micronutrients and minerals rather than caloric intake.
