Can OBO + LF2 mimick LF3

If we rotate the boxes upwards and bring them forward, and then do a Lefort 2 plus DJS for the rest of the bone structure, can we get close to mimicking a LF3? How feasible is this?

I think usually they just use peek implants on the midface and upper third + lefort 1 to fix recession of the entire skull instead of doing more osteotomies
