Can oldcels have this young-style body?

I know that us 40 year olds can start roiding and looking like beefcakes because I've seen the transformation videos, but can 40 year olds have this kind of body?

For some reason this kind of body signals youth, and since I wanna age fraud as 25 to worship 18 year old ass, I feel like this is what I should aim for

but can 40 year olds ever have that "super young metabolism"-look?

I personally believe "YES" because "why not"?

There is no predominant reason why this look is impossible. The only thing i can think of is that the person has a lot of weight, and then loses it, at 40 he would NOT have such a body, due to hanging skin.

Otherwise, the guy is just super toned, and very very lean. And has a nice tan. Nothing unachievable at 40 with hard work, and a few shots of Stanozolol.

It's just a matter of never getting too fat or out of shape and limiting sun exposure. I think my abdomen is better than that dude's and I'm 39.

Just have BMI between 21.5-22 and maintain single digit body fat all year

I make it simple, I drink a liter of milk every day, the amount of sugar in it is my daily carb intake
