yeah it can.

Yes it can, now you better pray to whatever god that a surgeon actually accepts to do that to you.

honestly so dumb how a surgery like this is taboo while gender reassignment surgery cutting off dicks is not

Absolutely right, unironically i'd need it to. Same as a LF3, but none of these mofos would do it unless you're beyond subhuman tier, which is utterly useless anyways.

Because there's a huge demand for trannies wanting to cut their dicks off but not alot of demand for obo

Unless you're deformed or victim of a car accident, none would do it, cause they'll lose their lience and get heavy fines if words got out of it

Not that simple.

The main risks of OBO are BLINDNESS and DEATH. Which are COMMON. In fact, some movements, e.g. up-down are more likely to kill you than other, e.g. left-right.

However, the death rate of OBO is sth like ~1%. And blindness is common with the same rate.

And im not even talking about other wonderful side effects of this surgery: epilepsy (2.6%), infection (12%), strabismus (12%), and insufficient (fucked) aesthetic result (55%).

No way a cut-off cock has the same rate of debilitating complications. Trannies can actually function after the surgery. At least most have enough power to go out and spread their shit propaganda. A person with OBO in the worst case having a trip to the cemetery.

Where did you get these stats from they seem a bit high (especially mortality and blindness frequency which seem very very rare)

They are not rare. I read a paper where they did 75 or sth OBOs, and 2 died, while 1 got blind or sth (dont remember).

Epilepsy, etc. non-lethal damage percentages are mentioned in another paper.

I think this is what you are referring to. Don't see any deaths here but maybe I don't have access to the full paper. Does seem like there were some complications though... I guess it might depend on a lot of variables such as when and where the procedure was done, how much correction was made, how deformed the patient was etc...

Overall yeah it doesn't seem like a fun surgery... Very frustrating for people who have minor IPD issues like myself and would only need 3mm for an ideal ESR...
