basically i just want to know if braces during teen years inhibit something or recess my chin/narrow my maxilla and can it be reversed bc i’ve lately noticed my jaw feels more “natural” while jutting and idk if i should execute my ortho or not

Just don't get teeth extracted.
Ask explicitly for expansion of your palate to accommodate all of your teeth.

fortunately i didn’t but i’ve had braces removed already would an expander still work tho? or would i have to get them again
