Can orthodontic work fix my jaw recession?

Hey, I’m wondering if orthodontic work can fix my jaw recession? I obviously understand surgery can achieve that but the problems are the price and also I’m underage so that is why i’m wondering can ortho work fix my jaw recession (age 15 going on 16 soon)
