would seem like an easy & cheap way to fraud a longer ramus. obviously the ear meatus is a limitation in this, but surely you can lift the cartilage portion of the ear up a couple mm with a lift in the skin above the region?

U can rotate them upwards but not pull them upwards

it's also possible to make the earlobes shorter by reducing the height of the flab at the bottom which gives the appearance of a taller ramus

you can make the earlobes attached if you have detatched ones as well, (attached is a lot more aesthetic imo)

combining these two with some degree of upward rotation would produce a nice result

i'll maybe cut them alone, no surgeon will do it anyway unless you're deformed

So first of all the ears are literally connected to a hole in your head so you can’t change it

Secondly the ramus isn’t purely for side profile aesthetics. It dictates how tall your jaw is from the front
That’s why ramus is important
