Money does not equal intelligence. He got the shittiest possible design, as anyone can see.
You can't predict 100%, but if you design a huge brick, at the end it's going to look like a huge brick, period.

You will need at least 5ml to compensate for your lack of jaw : it will be expensive and temporary.

I’m the same as you but I must recognize that jaw angles implants are the way to go : they carry less risk of looking uncanny than the eppley usual wraparounds.

Very bad, since they are not designed by him, but by a clueless Implantech engineer with Eppley's input. Taban uses off the shelf implants, which are even worse. IMO the GOAT implant designer is @RealSurgerymax

He's legit, that thread is bs.
No, you pay Eppley (or X surgeon) and he outsources the design to Implantech. He says "good" or "a couple mm here and there" and boom, the shitty design is made.

Realsurgerymax designs them himself and is not a fraud, he posted plenty of designs here.

I have outward gonions but my mandible is narrow and my jaw is downward swung. Tbh I didn’t know this whole filler v implant thing was such a hard debate topic here. @Blackgymmax is currently using filler and I think it’s the best solution short term and long term if I’m being honesg

implants are better long term but 300x harder to perfect because theres alot of ratios that have to be perfect as well as knowing what the soft tissue will come out looking as is a gamble

He designs them and a surgeon puts it on you, he works with many of them to design osteotomy plans in addition of implants AFAIK.
I think it was around 150-200$ for a consult but don't know exactly, talk to him. I'm not afilliated by any means, just impressed by his work and will pay for his services in the future.
