Can PFL be too wide? Why is this guy so ugly?

Can someone knowledgable educate me on why exactly this guy is so ugly? First thing I noticed were his very wide eyes. Are they kind of bug eyes even though they are narrow or what is going on? Do bug eyes just mean protruding regardless of how narrow the eyes are? Why is he so ugly if he has good midface ratio and wide PFL?

After result mogs me. I have scleral show, dark under eyes and upper eyelid exposure.

I definitly need infra orbital rim implants, lower eyelid retraction and fat grafts/upper eyelid fillers.

Also they are buggy like I am using weed and even norrmie friends are telling me that so its not bdd at all.

My eye area slightly mogs St.BO2cel
