I'm a 19 year old guy and have reduced my alcohol intake significantly in the past 4 months, I've only been moderately drunk several times over this period whereas I used to drink well past the point of blacking out around 2-3 times per month beforehand.

I've also been eating quite well over the past 6-12 months.

Has this likely had a big impact? I repeated that pattern of being blackout drunk frequently (2-3 times per month like I said, some months even more) for like a year and a bit (from 18-19).

I could swear I that my face looks healthier, more "lively". Is this cope?

Treatment from women definitely improved, but that could be from being slightly leaner or looking older, IDK.

The fact you even need to ask shows me something about your IQ
