Can ramus be too long?

Yes of course
The ramus to mandible ratio will became unideal cuz the Ramus is too long compared to the mandible and it will look unattractive
The gonial angle will became also too flat, in that photo it looks 90° which is waay out of the ideal range being (112-123)

This is morphing the whole lower third Making the mandibular rotation more steep
Most changes were on the ramus
