Can really good eyelashes recover a bad area?

I have alaways had long eyelashes since i was younger. They naturally curly up like a lot of black people do. I guess as I got older and with stress and downing supplements and taking height growth drugs my face got fucked up. Now my eyes are droopier than before. One thing I noticed is that my eyelashes wont stop growing and rampantly started growing as my eyes got droopier. I guessing it was a medical reaction to protect them. It seems like my eyelashes will never stop growing. Do you think If i grow my lashes out long enough it can recover a subhuman eye area?

Also I think my eyelashes is one of the few compliments ive ever gotten from girls. I have never been complimented on my body, just my eyelashes. Now let that sink in gymcellers...

I'm not a fan of jew surgery but if God allows it I will go through with it.

Any recommendations on "cantho"? Is that temporary? My drooping eyes might be cause of a medical condition and that wouldnt solve the problem out right.
