Can rhinoplasty fix my profile?

I know some of the people here have told me to get bimax or genioplasty, but I’m just not going to do that to be frank, I’m just wondering if rhinoplasty can actually shrink my nose properly or if my nose is set in stone. I want to shrink my nostrils, but I have never seen a procedure where the shrink the length of the nostrils, or decreasing the nasal dorsal angle.
