Can septoplasty fuck up your nose??

Ive seen someone here say that i was fucking surprised to hear that because i got deviated septum and obviously i want to get septoplasty when im like 19-20 to fix it, no need for rhino since my nose is already straight.
I need someone to tell me if septoplasty can rlly fuck your nose or nah.
