I have A LOT of red spots on my face because I get white pustules everyday. When they heal they leave a red mark. My biggest fear is that my current skin situation will leave scars that last forever. The pimples I get are not deeply rooted in the skin. They are just pus filled pimples that only seem to affect the most upper layer of my skin. Even skin tone is incredibly important.

So what can I do or is there nothing to do/skin renews itself

Tretinoin and red light therapy tbh .

Not so popular method that worked for me : cutting carbs, fasting and vitamin E ( improves fibrosis aka scars )

For PIE aka post inflammatory erythema (Red spots, splotchiness after acne) the best thing is Azelaic acid , 15% gel and 20% cream are the prescription strenght, in many countries they are over the counter though.
The gel formulation despite having a lower concentration is actually stronger, more effective and more stable so get that and not the cream.Brand name is Finacea/Skinoren gel.
AzA Is a potent antinfiammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant it works for acne, pigmentation, PIE and rosacea
