I just did the calculation based of parents height, which was [mom + dad + 13cm]/2 (used by doctors for a rough estimate)

Look into the best of the best section for advice, height isn't a topic I'm well versed on.

Both of my parents are roughly 164-166 cm and im 176 cm (5'9 and a quarter) at 16. Hopefully still growing, i have also had really bad habits, bad sleep, a bad diet etc so i possibly couldve grown taller

Growth plates normally close between 15-17, but there are people who grow into their early 20s.

Those people are typically white, you could look into aromatase inhibitors to prevent plate closure.

I'm not an expert but I would predict ur minimum to be 182 or 181. I think 3 cm at 16 is pretty crazy bc thats where puberty growth starts to plummet. But u might be a later bloomer
