that's not even advertised it's what speedtest.net says

what application is that download on because it may just be a server bottleneck, or it could be that your disk write speed is not fast enough to write the data being downloaded

application ? im using firefox and downloading from mediafire, I also doubt my disk bottlenecks it, or does to such an extent

its probably firefox/mediafire then and if you have a hard drive that would definitely bottleneck it. same with some ssds but not all
