Currently at one of my lowest points in my life, close to anorexic bmi, face bloated 24/7 from bad diet, my skin is bad ect u get it, i’m a dgenerate right now. So i suppose this is my base that i got to work with? What r some things i should do? also my eyebrow r they too short?

Diets lowkey everything. Limit sodium and make sure you’re getting optimal micros, protein (1g/lb body weight) and fat (0.4g/lb body weight). Start getting more sun and look into minoxidil and finasteride for you hair and eyebrows. Realizing the problem means you’re halfway to fixing it. Keep your head up and you’ll look and feel better in no time.

I know and i feel like sht mentqlly and energy wise cause of my diet and inactivity i think my testosterone is rly low, anyways should i also micro needle my eyebrows and hair where it’s needed or will it be finr without it?

Dermastamping/rolling does help but just make sure you only do it once every 5 days or so. Use 1.5mm on your scalp and 0.5-1mm on your face. It’ll take a while to make a real difference but if you can stay consistent it’ll be worth it. Also sanitize the needles with alcohol before and after every use. Wash off the alcohol before you use the needles. Also for your T, like you said diet and lifestyle is everything, so just work on your mindset, routines and diet and everything will follow.

Yeah ofc. I used to be at a similar spot mentally and imo I feel and look 10x better now after just changing my diet, routine and focusing on the gym. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel bro, just be patient and disciplined. You get out what you put in.
