Your eyes have decent fat padding but maybe they're a bit shallow? They have a bit of a wide eyed surprised look. The rest of your face is pretty decently defined so I wouldn't worry too much about it even if it leans a little on the longer end. Would maybe try out some different hairstyles because this one looks a bit goofy. Neck looks kinda thin, maybe train it a bit so it can match more with the rest of your face.
