At this point , I believe muscles are the only thing that can save me . I'm only 66kg lol , besides the lean tissue , having overall less bf% , would probably drastically change my face definition (although my eye area will suffer) , I had huge problems with water bloating and big mongoloid type fat pads since puberty jfl
