Can somebody give me Geomaxx advice if I like asian girls? Which cities are good? (Only for max 4 weeks holiday, not to live there)

I am white blonde blue eyes 5 foot 9 manlet above average face. I love big cities that are modern and safe for my vacations. I thought about Peking Singapore Shanghai et cetera.
I already tried Bali and it was not really easy there at least not as easy as i thought bc there were many white htns and chadlites
I prefer light skin asian girls but i would also date the darker skin ones as i have rather low standards for ONS
