What flaws do you see on my side profile.

I would say they are all abore average. From like July to now, i have got about 11 girls directly going to me and asking for a kiss in the nightlife lol.No stacies throw themselves that easily ofc,but if I make the move first,sometimes I hit a real pretty women + i get called pretty irl a lot (Girls,gays,straight dudes)

Periorbital fat grafting to reduce UEE (your UEE isn't really much of a falio, but it's a bit more excessive than ideal)
Infraorbital rim implants (improve undereye area)
Lower eyelid retraction (may not be necessary but I just see a bit of a droopy lower eyelid in some of the pictures)
Trimax to lengthen face since you suffer from a little bit of SFS
