I’m 14 and I want to get from my current 15-16 percent body fat down to like 10-12 I’ll provide a photo below of my resting physique but
Basically all the foods I eat are protein today I had Greek yoghurt, schnitzel sandwich, bananas, potatoes, lamb, sardines and kiwis
Mostly protein but a decent amount of pottasium too, I’m gaining decent muscle and I’m also slightly gaining weight but my abs seem to always stay the same although they are pretty defined when I flex but when I’m not flexing they are only very barely visible
Don’t mind my face in this I was just half flexing my abs that’s it
