negative canthal tilt and interpupilary distance. your eyes are really close set and your just recessed all around. surgery is gonna give you the most results. but maybe try leaning doen a bit or debloating. if your young enough you can try some cope methods like thumbpulling. but your eyes are nerfing you heavy, they are literally popping out of your skull

can you also get something like mse, your face looks narrow. ive heard that hard chewing+mse can also make your ipd a lil higher. i believe you can ascend a little bit. just be nt and status max and ur chillin
