For muscle mass 0, you really don't need this for this purpose
If you lack dymorphism, you have to take a bigger cycle, androgenics too like tren but will fuck your health up

Nolvadex or tamoxifen -- 20to 40 mg per day for 4 weeks
Hcg(optional)-- only if u see testicular atrophy 500 IU to 1000 iu every other day for 2 weeks before starting nolva or clomid
Also use low dose AI during ur cycle

Organ support --
Liver -- inj doesn't usually damage liver but still take NAC 2g/day

Kidney --
Cranberry extract
Coriander seed water as diuretic
Magnesium
Potassium

Heart -- fish oil
Coq 10 berberine

Zinc

You dont need 50mg enclo unless you taking enough tren to become a bull. Waste of money. 25mg for 2 weeks 12.5 for the next is fine.


And take TUDCA over NAC if you can. I take nolvadex with enclo but thats just to be very cautious.
Maybe an AI, and maybe some enclo throughout the cycle if you are runnning a lower dose of test

You dont know shit. Start off with 300 test for 6-8weeks. And see if u want to bump it up. If u start with 600 and u plateau where do u go from there 800? At that dose ur risking high oestrogen sides and u have to be managing it with ai and doing bloods every 2-3weeks

How much should I take?

start with 300. then u can bump it to 400-600. And if u want the truth theres no need for pct just cruise one 150-200 after ur “cycle”. Run anavar 8weeks max. If u want ur balls in check u, after ur var cycle, can run hcg and enclo while cruising on 150-200. Also take var everyday instead of preworkout. If its first cycle its more beneficial to just take var everyday its just like any AAS. People that take it as pre have already ran grams of gear and dont really see gains from var anymore
