you don’t add bac water that’s cope, you just have to eat it raw- 1 crystal every day and you will ascend. Bonesmash too or u will get no results

I dont really know the right cycle or dosage but i heard that u should take 2mg every week when u start and than maybe go 1mg up like u can just ask chatgpt or use the search how to do the cycle
