how do i stop doing this??

when someone is talking to me idk where to look at or what stance to be in so i sit there with crossed arms looking around whenever someone is talking to me, i’ve been told all my life i look mean so i avoid eye contact because i feel like i might make a mean face and come off rude or look like i’m challenging the person or something, it’s genuinely awkward
