Not sure what average is since so many numbers are thrown around on this site but your physique looks good. I would need to see pictures of you standing next to other guys to see how narrow you are compared to them.

for me its the opposite, i measure mine to be 43 cm but i mog every guy thats my age, and i dont have delts at all
