Gentle cleanser , dry face down with towel + moisturizer (that has hylauronic acid and ceramides ) in the morning . Then at night , gentle cleanser , dry face with towel, + ACNE product (for Me , this is 5 percent benzoyl peroixide ) and sleep . Repeat this for a month and u will see changes . I cleared up my acne doing this . I only have a few acne scars now
